i tried to do it and it was cool! Wanna see it?
the pic was big...itt was as big as our laptop monitor...it took 2 hrs to be uploaded..xC

Yeah you can resize in Paint,but then sometimes it looks blurry

Paint makes it blurry, try in word, it makes it about only 30 % less blurry =)

If you want to resize the picture and host the image at the same time then you should go to http://www.imageshack.us !!! I like it there.
