I cant really sleep at night. What is the best way to make me sleep at night. Always feel sleepy when it's alredy morning :( . Maybe i should move to another country :|

Could it be because of your exams? Stress? Some people are night birds like me ;) and I work better at night.

Well... my parents are always lecturing me because I am too active at night:
01) Don't start something that excites you or watch a thriller movie.
02) Take a hot cocoa
03) Don't jump on the bed (that's me)

or better.....
"If you don't sleep now, we'll go to town without waking you up in the morning!!!"

That usually make me sleeping immediately. Rolling Eyes

I know I'm not much of a help!

Well,,,i just can't sleep at night b'coz i watched some comedies TV SERIES and i just can't stop laughing and i love to jump on my mum's sofa :P

Wow, good advise but most of them not work for me. For your information, my parents always left me home alone, I don't really care if they go somewhere else, i don't really care. :(

Maybe only sleepy when go a long journey like from jb to kl or especially from jb to east of Malaysia cos some of the road make me dizzy especially Mersing to Rompin.

At lease you can sleep. Right now i fell sleepy but can't sleep. You knoe my friends call 'burung hantu' cos i always sleep at day then night
