Wow oh wow!!! Did you see the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic in Torino (Turin). It was so spectacular and best was Ferrari car was spinning and ended with a splash of fireworks! 
The Olympic Rings are so beautiful, so creative the way they put it up. I was like oh wow!! oh wow!!! oh wowww!!!

Germany won GOLD for Biathlon event:
Michael Greis with 54:23:00 and second and third are from Norway!

I think I'm going to watch the Women Ice Hockey. Cammy, you've just started to play this game right?!

Bjoerndalen missed once on each of his first prone and standing stages on the shooting range, and that was too much to overcome even for the ultra-fast skier who thrives on high-altitude courses such as this one.
He can still match his four golds from Salt Lake because a fifth biathlon race, the mass start, was added this year.

My dad said Bronze medalist (Hanevold) is very famous. He participated in 4 Olympics Events for the past 16 years. |

So are you going to snatch all their medals and melt them together!  Anyway, to make you feel better, latest result:
On Medal Counts
Norway is top with 0G 2S 2B
Germany 2G 0S 0B
USA 1G 0S 0B
Canada 1G 0S 0B
Netherlands 0G 1S 0B
I saw a portion of the Short Figure Skating yesterday and totally love the way they move. Love the outfit of the German team but I think their music "Mission Impossible" was a China was at the 1st run ranked 1, 2 and 3!!! The Zhang couple was so I wouldn't mind if China win a gold for this so at least we have something from this part of the world.

I don't know which channel it is in India. Best is to check on the Sports Channel. In Malaysia it starts again at 5:00pm with cross country skiing.
India is also represented and I think they will compete in the cross country skiing. |

I don't know which one you meant but if we are watching the same channel than it was the CROSS COUNTRY 30km men.
Italy/Russia/Italy won that race.
I also saw SNOWBOARDING- wish I could do that and the USA clinched all 3 medals! I am supporting Germany and they made so many mistakes although all the stunts were
Cammy... Norway is getting away with lots of medals now! :icon_happy111:
The Olympic Rings were great right, emMaCutiE. I LOVE the lighting of the Olympic torch! Super fantastic!
I am getting myself into some trouble here- doing some badges, attending to some requests, writing at this Forum and watching the Olympic! If I made some mistakes on your names,  you'll know I had been busy!  |

HX, while I was at the sleepover
The parents of my friend saw The winter OL and I said to her if it was ok to watch a little....
I saw a lot lol! Coz i told her all about our game hx 
My dad is right that Norway is the best in getting all the medals! 
You saw the Zhang couples HX?
Me too! I saw Figure Skating when I got back!
