i dun have nicksplat anymore sooo... here's some tips
Drink soup for dinners if you are not hungry...
Stand up for at least 15 mins after every meal.
it works for my aunt....

hey, i have my own experience
I used to weigh 58 kg last month, i was very fat/
But i cut down my rice intake by 1/3 , i excersised almost everyday and i cut down my snacks.
Diet pills are veru unatural and have side-effects.
