DREAMY EFFECT IN PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL.

1. First copy a image or blend. You can use this one :

2. Make a new canvas. Paste your picture into photoshop. (CTRL + V )

3. Click layer and duplicate layer.

4. A window will pop up just click OK.

5. Right click the copy of you first layer and click blending options.

6. For the blend mode, choose overlay. Now click OK.

7. Now click Filter, Blur then Gaussian blur.

8. Set the radius to 3.0 - 5.0, the larger the image the larger amount it needs. Click OK.

9. JUST SAVE AS THEN tada' your done!
