I have a problem with this image:
this image was taken from cath's web (I'm not a copycat, just want to show you my problem). see sumthing circled. I dunno what is it called so I need to show it to you by circle it.
How to make it??? I want to put sumthing like that at my new webbie but I dunno which code should I use. Can anyone help me?

I know its closed but I have the correct answer to what this is called. Its called a header and u can choose to have all sorts of effects on them and u put it in ur CSS and then to use it you would go <h1>Welcome</h1>
Here is the code to put in ur css:
Put it bewtween ur <style> tags.
h1 {
background-color: #000000;
background: url("Background Image URL");
font-size: 8pt;
font-family: Arial;
font-weight: bold;
text-align: left;
color: #000000;
}
Where it says colour change it to the colour of the font, if u want a background image put it where it says, <b>Background Image URL</b> if u dont want a background image and just a background colour remove that part of the code and just change where it says background color to the color code of the background.
To use the header do this:
<h1>Header</h1>
