How to start a club and make it interesting?

-First of all, you need to do a research. Check out blogs that are interesting and see what they have there. Write them down on a piece of paper.

-After looking through all the lists, start writing down what YOU want to have in your blog. You can have similar games in your club but please make sure there is a great difference in the photos and title. Nobody can stop you from doing the same thing but it is always polite and courteous to mention it to the club you took the idea from. If you don't, the worst could happen and your club get branded a copycat.

-A club must have a HEADER (welcome sign and name of club) and an END (rate/vote me, credits, and mine was about MEMBER RULES and BENEFITS)

-A club must have a concept: be it pink, black, colorful, with photos, etc. but should remain a standard design.

-Different sections and titles (About the celeb, Latest New of the Celeb, Movies and Songs of the Celeb, Photo Gallery, etc. You can see my POPDiVA10's Hilary Duff as a sample of what you can do)

-Games & Contests with fabulous prizes.

-I think what's make ALLSTARSCLUB interesting is all the benefits being a member. I offered free graphics animations and help. They are original and not copied from somewhere else. I also help with HTML whenever I can. These are things you hardly get from many clubs.

TIME and PATIENCE
-Creating a club needs time and patience. I would suggest you complete your club before opening it for membership. That way, it won't look empty and disinteresting.

-You need to ADVERTISE you club. Post messages at the MESSAGE BOARD. Write to some bloggers and invite them.

-It's not an easy job, you need time on your computer and lots of patience. You will have members asking you the same questions again and again and demanding when they get their badges and points you promised. Not many would understand the amount of work you are doing to keep up but in order to maintain your club, it's a sacrify you have to do. The rewards come when your club is popular. Everyone want to be your best friends and you need to remain always neutral.

FRIENDLY
-It's important that you remain friendly at all times but stern when need to. Always answer questions by members as soon as possible, even if you think it's lame. Remember, you may know things but some bloggers just need the extra help along the way. Don't think that everyone thinks like you do. Always remain neutral. Don't play favorites because people will know it.

HARD WORK
-It's really a hard work to maintain a club and make people coming back again and again. You've read what I've written above and gone through. When your club is popular, you get attention from both sides- admiration and jealousy. You just have to ignore the jealous and hurtful remarks and concentrate on giving your best to members and bloggers who frequent your club and are nice.
If you think you can do it, go ahead. You can create a committee to help you.

YOUR OWN BLOG
-If you find out it's easier being just a member, you can still have lots of fun. Join as many clubs as possible, be an active member and collect badges and awards. You'll soon see your blog is one of the coolest!

well i tried to make a club i year before as i invited sum members of asc too but i stoped it in between becoz i was busy wid my studies....da main thing hx explained is time and patience wich i dont hav!!!!...and most people lik me are busy b coz of study and xams...wich are important in social life!!!(boring too)!!!
