You can change the background I guess by
cutting out the old one and pasting a new one :D

i agree with kal and prolly make the font colour lighter
i could barely see it the first time i saw it (notcritisizing xD)

Too much of those brushes i think.
Those brushes don't look good like that
you could improve on your cutting too.
you should try using the poly lasso tool.
