I wanted to make a Japanese website (where pixels and blah blah blah) but I can't find programs... like those Adobe... and etc~

photoshop? why can't you find it.
i think photoshop is best for pixels. you can miaximise to 1600% its original size. i don't know if there are programmes that speacialise in pixels though.

^ IconArt is for cursors.Not for pixeling....
YZ is right....why not use PS to do it...i know it is expensive but it is worth it
if you can't buy other softwares, visit here:
http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/
for nice editors for free....some of them have advanced versions which you will have to pay for but you can still choose.....i havent actually tried the software but its worth a shot....gL
