Cheap shots Cams!

Enter the real world of Digital Designing >=D Where single pictures take hours to make! Sorta like 3D images. Nah - kidding! They're great. Absolutely breath-taking.

I don't have much time now so i'll make a quick few that involves my own techniques ;).

Cams, what's your method for cutting thigns out from their Backgrounds? I have a few but i'm looking for simpler ways.
