randyfan is right. There are many Hilary Duff clubs. So to make it a difference you really need to offer a lot. I don't think you'll get much help or ideas around here because a lot of members are like having HD clubs of their own and surely don't need more competition.
You should check out HD fan blogs and websites to get more ideas.
