I though you got have celebfc, for making graphics and animated..
but, why do you need now a graphic designer?

Get GimpShop, its exactly like Photoshop only the words are different(Eg. Text Button is called Font Button). It is free so there is no trial! I have used it and will recommend it to anyone who cant afford photoshop. Go to http://www.gimpshop.net/ to download it!
