Type: <a href="URL OF YOUR BLOG/WEBSITE">What you want to be clicked on to go

Or for an Image link: <a href="URL OF YOUR BLOG/WEBSITE"><img src="URL of Image" /></a>

For PhpBB forums you use the (url) tag in place of <a>.
