New Rules!

I recently did some research on our forums popularity and the results are not good.Ive received a lot a lot of feedback on the reasons why people dont come to this forums and 62% say its because of spam and unfriendly members... so from now on anyone who posts anything that looks like spam will be penalised. BTW, even making a post just so say lol is considered spam....if you want type a sentence. This ule is for everyone, including myself! When HX returns and she feels that this rule is unjust then she can over-rule it cuz its her forums. but until than the rule stays.....this rule will take effect as of 5AM- 2nd Jan 2006 (+8 GMT). Remember guys this is for the food of the forums......we need more members! The penalty will be up to what HX sees fit. Im also recommending a max in sizes of siggys which is unofficial until i get the go-ahead from HX(so until then, ur images can be as big as you want). If you have any questions or comments, plz post it here....i will gladly answer it.

This rules are meant to make the forum better for all, so if you feel the rules are bad or unspecific, plz PM me or post it here.

If admin sees this rule wrong...plz contact me through PM.

I agree with randyfan. I noticed there are some unfriendly remarks to new members and those not familiar with how the FORUM works.

Please practice friendly chat and if you don't have anything to add to a topic, please just don't add a blank or an emoticon. Don't change topic of the thread, if you want to say something different, make a new topic. Otherwise you will ruin the thread of the original author which is really unnecessary.

Moderators, you have a big responsibility for making new comers feel at home. DO NOT try to reprimand anyone unjustly without looking into the whole matter and please watch your language. Your actions reflect the whole of ALLSTARSCLUB and its FORUM and we don not wish to tarnish the image of the club of being nice and friendly.

Also try not to reply to every topic on the board cuz its hard for others to find threads when theres a new reply to 50 different threads.

Also people, please remember to stay on topic, so if youre planning on posting

Well, dont! You dont have to pay to make a new topic, just make one if you want to talk about something else!

And the most important notice, If you see someone spamming, please dont reply their spam! Just send a PM to Admin, HX or myself telling us which thread was the spam found on and who typed it. By replying to the spam, you are spamming yourself.

I dont want to come off as a bossy person, but the rules have been announced but people are still breaking them.

PS: Admin, could me make this thread a sticky?
