How to put an effect on the picture??

Well if you use Photoshop CS2! oh Photoshop. You can use the blending options. Textures are good too. You can add a texture then use the blending options to blend it in! Icon_emotions16

it's hard to explain like Neena said! Just get some textures drag it to your artwork and change the opacity and blending options!
