To answer your question about background code-
The codes I gave you is the correct one. How the background behaves is how you want your background graphic to be and that is using a graphic software to either make a still image or an animated one.
To make sure your graphic is animated properly, you MUST save it in GIF format. Otherwise it can be saved with JPEG or PNG. Then you upload your image with Photobucket or imageshack to get the url codes.

hey admin, i dont think xrobin is asking for still images, i think he means still background, in which the code would be:
<body background="URL OF BACKGROUND IMAGE" bgproperties="fixed">
Note: Plz not that the code doesnt work on firefox.
