...I just want 2 ask people who have their own domain ...where do they host them and can they host them for free?

I have a domain. I got it at bluehost.com their are many sites that host people. Domains cost money depending on the site. Mine cost &7.00 US dollars a month. So its $14 NZ dollars a month for me.

yeappp.. and ailyne.. it's not like piczo dragging and drop..
most sites use iframes or css, which is really hard to know...
i learn that weeks too! thanks for james..

Start at Freewebs. Then get hosted by someone like me  with ftp.

Yep! I host websites for free and give them an email and subdomain. But you must know how to edit a site with FTP. And I need to see some of your layouts and stuff if you dont have a previous site.
