Going a bit further?
I thought you could just Ctrl + T then turn it? Or right-click and go to Perspective and drag it into the shape that you want...? _________________

If you can't find any tool then you can open photoshop, draw yuor shape then go to "File" then "Edoit in ImageReady". _________________

then click it!
still hold to make a box that where you can put text then type and use to see arrow points side by side and rotate!
