I still love Jessica - Nick Lachey

Singer Nick Lachey has finally dished the dirt on his divorce with Jessica Simpson, saying he still loves his ex-wife and 'Newlyweds' co-star.

"I'd marry her all over again," the former boyband star told Rolling Stone. "Because I still love her. It would be a lot easier to walk away if I didn't."

He told the magazine it was Simpson's idea to get the divorce.

"I'll tell you how I knew my marriage was over," he told the magazine. "I was told. I felt like someone sucker-punched me and took my life away," said the 32-year-old, who broke down in tears six times during the interview.

"I never wanted to be a divorcé. I wanted us to be happy. I guess we differed on strategy," he added.

Five months after the split Lachey is still upset about the end of the relationship.

"It breaks my heart that I couldn't make Jessica happy," he said. "I wanted to be everything to my wife."

He said that he begged Simpson to come with him to a marriage counsellor before making a final decision on their future.

"I thought we owed it to ourselves to try with a third party. But she didn't want to go," he explained.

The two still speak on the phone every few days, even though their conversations are "a little awkward".

The reasons for their split? Lachey reckons there wasn't a single event, just months of "tension" exacerbated by their 'Newlyweds' reality show and rumours of Simpson's infidelity.

"During those last months, we weren't fighting. It was just an overall state of tension. It was suffocating. And it just got worse and worse," he said.

"When you are on a reality show, your life ceases to be reality," he explained. "It becomes TV.

"Jessica and I began playing these parts even when we were by ourselves. It became a really blurred line. There was a question about what truly was our reality."

As for Simpson's rumoured affairs with the likes of actor Johnny Knoxville, skateboarder Bam Margera and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine: "We chose as a couple to ignore it. On both sides. I chose to trust. No discussion about it."

"I don't know if there were other men," he admits. "But if she did cheat, it was the result of something bigger, not the reason we didn't work."

He did admit to the magazine that a definitive answer would have made the split easier to accept.

"Sometimes I think it would be easier if I had just walked in the house and found her in bed with a guy. That would be clear-cut. End of story. I wouldn't have to deal with the uncertainty of adultery."

The split, painful as it was, wasn’t made any easier by the fact that both are public figures.

"People forget we're real people dealing with real hurt," he told Rolling Stone.

But he remains optimistic about his future romances.

"I believe I can be a good husband to somebody," Lachey said.

Katie Holmes Was Quiet and Silent During Labour

Katie Holmes is resting at home, after giving birth to Tom Cruise's baby on Tuesday in a Los Angeles hospital.

According to sources, Katie Holmes managed to fulfill Scientology expectations and was “as quiet as a mouse” during birth.

"You couldn't hear anything coming from the room," a hospital source who was present during Katie's labour, said.

Scientology, the couple’s religion, says that the mother should be as silent as possible, because any noise could traumatize the newborn.

Scientology also advises that the birth take place without any pain relief, but Katie Holmes did apparently have an epidural, New York Daily News claims.

Tom Cruise, 43, had earlier said his fiancée could have an epidural if she needed one.

A source close to Katie Holmes’ family said that the baby, named Suri, “has lots and lots of dark hair and big, blue eyes.”

Suri is the first child for former "Dawson's Creek" star Katie Holmes. Tom Cruise has two other children, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11, adopted during his marriage to Nicole Kidman.

Longoria Desperate to Leave ‘Housewives’ Behind

Desperate Housewives beauty Eva Longoria is adamant she won't renew her contract with the hit TV show because she has set her sights on becoming a movie star.

The actress, who plays sultry Gabrielle Solis on the series, is eager to move on to the big screen, and insists no amount of money could convince her otherwise.

When asked how long Desperate Housewives would stay on the air, she replied, "God, I hope not past our contract.

"Honestly, I think shows wear out their welcome.

"I don't want to be on Seventh Heaven--on for 20 years and no one's really watching and it's hanging on by a thread.

"Even now there's no amount of money that would make me decide something for a career. And I want to do movies anyway."

Jolie to Star in Third ‘Tomb Raider’ Movie

Pregnant Hollywood vixen Angelina Jolie has agreed to reprise her role as Lara Croft in a third Tomb Raider movie--and she is already planning a punishing fitness regime to regain her figure after she gives birth.

The Oscar-winner, who is eight months pregnant, is currently staying at a highly guarded residence in Namibia where she is expected to give birth to her first biological child, fathered by boyfriend Brad Pitt.

And Ian Livingston, the creator of video game heroine Lara Croft, says, "Paramount has optioned it and Angelina has agreed to star in the third. If the (new) game is as successful as the others, it's likely Paramount will put the third movie into production soon."

The last Tomb Raider film, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life--made on a $90 million budget--grossed $65 million at the box office.

Lohan & Simpson Fighting Over ‘Dallas’ Role?

Hollywood's latest high-profile catfight has reportedly spilled into the movies as Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson scrap for a leading role in the Dallas movie.

The two actresses allegedly fought in a Hollywood bar last week after Simpson failed to thank Lohan for buying her a friendly drink.

And now it looks like the pair will battle it out again over the role of Lucy Ewing in Dallas.

It seems Lohan has the upper hand because the original Ewing, Charlene Tilton, has expressed interest in the actress taking over the role.

In an interview last month, Tilton said, "Jessica is beautiful but too old. I had just turned 17 when we started filming. It's more exciting if Lucy is doing all these things... out of high school. (Lindsay Lohan) is a great choice."

Thanks Cammy! Yes, ALLSTARSCLUB is supposed to be about celebrities but currently we only have Featured Celeb with graphics photos of them. This is something which my mom is cracking her head about because managing the website is a full time job. What you see are just nice pictures but behind the scenes are totally hard work.

She is sorting things out, slowly but in the near future we hope to get the website more organized. As you can also see the comic section is currently quiet - YESSSSSS... there are still a LOT of work to do and she is constantly working on the website.

Let's post celebrities news here for the mean time. That's what I did.

Holmes 'Had an Epidural'

Tom Cruise's fiancée Katie Holmes had an epidural to ease her pain when she gave birth to the couple's daughter, Suri, on Tuesday.

It is not yet known whether the former Dawson's Creek actress adhered to Scientology protocol by remaining silent during labor, but she did accept pain relief, according to People magazine.

A source told the publication that Holmes' mother, Kathy, broke down in tears of joy when she heard the news of her granddaughter's safe delivery.

Cruise Baby Name Blunder
Language experts are amazed Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have named their baby daughter Suri--because there is no record of the name meaning "Princess" in Hebrew.

According to Hebrew linguists, Suri has only two meanings--one is a person from Syria and the other "go away" when addressed to a female.

Hebrew expert Jonathan Went says, "I think it's fair to say they have made a mistake here. There are variations of the way the Hebrew name for princess is spelled but I have never seen it this way."

Suri can also be translated into a Hindi boy's name, and it also means "pointy nose" in some Indian dialects and "pickpocket" in Japanese.

If it means "go away" when addressed to a female.. is that a bad name? It does sound like it... O.o

And.. if it means.. pickpocket and pointy nose.. that has to be really bad! xD Especially when the name appears in the news, and the Japanese think that this person is a pickpocket, and in certain regions in India, they'll think it's a pointy-nosed person!

Cruise: 'Baby Experience Was Just What We Wanted'

An excited Tom Cruise has spoken about the birth of his baby girl, Suri, admitting the labor experience was everything he and his fiancée Katie Holmes could have wished for.

The movie star sat down with newscaster Deborah Roberts for his first post-birth interview, which will air tonight on news magazine show 20/20.

Cruise told Roberts, "It was everything that we wanted. You hear about it and you experience it. It was spiritual, it was powerful, it was indescribable. What words can you use? It's still something I'm processing and reliving."

Holmes gave birth Suri on Tuesday in Los Angeles.
