How to make your own scrollbar & aminated graphics?

btw guys, if you want to make your own scrollbar in an 'instant' way, then just go to Google.com and type in the search box: 'free scrollbar generator' it works and it's great! Icon_emotions16

and then they will generate the code for you

Its only to make glitter or to animtae text...I use it :D
But its not the best.
Maybe PSP or Photoshop CS or CS2.
I can tell you the price for Photoshop CS2 in New Zealand since I've seen it somewhere...about $600 *whoa*.
If you live in Asia it will be alot cheaper.
