Beyonce is looking for an all-girl band to back her up for her next tour. If you think you've got what it takes, auditions are set for various US cities next week . Beyonce is looking for independent women to play drums, guitar, bass, keys, horns and percussion. Her sophomore solo album drops on September 25th.
