1. eat sufficient food, still eat rice and lots of fruits and veggies.
2. Drink milk everyday, but dont drink too much
3. if you wanna eat a snack, see the calories. Jelly is a great food as it has a low calories.
4. eggs is a good diet foot. it has low calories.
5. make a jelly with lots of fruits. then eat it. I'll give u the recipe if you want. Its a very great diet food
