Well because not everyone likes going to the shoutbox and a public inbox is easier.And some users here have those block-popup programs so they wont automatically see messages!and the whole thing that made me think about this idea was you HX.You never replied to anymore of my pm's so i thought that maybe public inboxes would be much better for PUBLIC AND QUICKER COMMUNICATION.
