No offense to hilary but she's not a very ood actress or singer...really. I like Lindsay better becaue she's just natural in doing things, sure she may be wild but I think she's better than poor Hlary Icon_angels11

I hate HILARY!She's too much..She is NOT a really good singer..No offense to Hilary Fans and to Hilary!
Actually Chris..Everybody does..Lip syncs..When they make a video they use their tape not them singing again..It would be harder..

Chris, No! Nobody, i repeat nobody sings during videos, nobody! Earplugs are used during live concerts and stuff! Everyone lip-syncs during videos because its easier because they will moving around during the video so its easier stamina wise... thats why no one sounds the same live and in a video!

and to answer the question...hilary or lindsay, judging y resent songs and preformances, kelly!
