if it was already b&w, then make it RGB. It's called flexibility........,.. *sigh* You don't get it do you? You can use the lasso or poly lasso tool to colourise the person.

actualy the circle things are brushes i made out of the original pic, Nikki =D
you just use that circle tool to cut the pic out, then go to
Edit > Define Brush something > it will be saved automatically > then Replace Brushes > then just use it wherever ya want it :P
