I received a parcel from my aunt in Germany and in it, she packed some really yummy German cookies which she baked with my Oma (grandma). They smelled of Germany and Oma lovely kitchen and now I feel a little regret not going back for Christmas :icon_sad65: I miss my grandparents very much and my dad says next Christmas it's going to be a white one.
It's not that I'm unhappy here, our Christmas decoration is really nice and mom hasn't seen the light dad arrange in the kicthen yet. He even use silver garland around the kitchen top and it's really nice. The light up will be this Sunday. We haven't done our big Christmas tree yet because it is usually the last to be put up.
We're going Christmas Shopping tomorrow! |

Awh..HX..I feel so sorry..I miss mine too..Tonight I dream(What's the past tense for this??) about my grand-parents being here in KL..

Christmas shopping is fun!Eventhough I don't shop for that..WHO CARES?

In Europe, most people use a real tree. So we will buy the tree very close towards Christmas Eve, maybe a week before or even less. These trees are already booked in advance so the seller will cut it fresh and we'll pick it up a day later. So when Christmas come, the tree is still as fresh and nice smelling as in the forest.

I can't wait for "Bescherung" ...everytime it makes me so nervous because I won't know what I will get under the Christmas tree! |
