That's Arcsoft's Photostudio. Most of us here use (Adobe) Photoshop. You can google. I never had first-hand experience with Photostudio

I did, I used to use it before my dad bought Jasc Paintshop Pro... But I suggest you download Jasc Paint Shop Pro for free... It's easier.. Plus, it's kinda like adobe photoshop cs2... Well, if you wanna blend, you have to stitch, but u can even make frames.. NO BRUSHES! That's the worst part!! Icon_favorites18
