LINK HEREmeans the url of the address you want the link to go to. For example this is the url of TheBrain blog at Nicksplat
http://www.nicksplat.com/Myworld/Blog/blog.php?blogger=TheBrain
So the codes would go like this:
<a href="http://www.nicksplat.com/Myworld/Blog/blog.php?blogger=TheBrain">ADD TEXT HERE</a>
